Refund policy

14-DAY RETURN POLICY: Please wait for a return authorization and address to send your approved return. We are not responsible for any item returned without prior approval.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the ship date on your shipping label. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise, different sizes or a store credit against future purchases. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

Once the item(s) is returned, Vintage Heavy Online support will keep record of your store credit. Whenever you are ready to use your credit, simply send an email to info@vintageheavy.tv stating what items you would like and the order will be processed from there.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Online store credits are valid for 90 days from the time the returned items are received by Vintage Heavy. All questions and inquiries can be answered by sending an email to info@vintageheavy.tv please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Prior to returning your item, please email us for a Return Authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns. The customer will be held responsible for covering shipping costs both ways on returned items. Vintage Heavy will cover the costs of shipping if and only if it is an error on Vintage Heavy’s side.

Please note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Vintage Heavy cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

How Does Shipping Work?

SHIPPING: Domestic shipments ship via FedEx or USPS Priority; APO/FPO and military boxes ship via USPS Priority. Domestic orders shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority have a delivery time of 2-7 business days. There is NO OPTION for Vintage Heavy to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped.

If your order exceeds $75 before shipping charges are applied and your shipping address is in the 50 United States (does not include U.S. territories), we will ship your package for free. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $75 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting the paid option during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.

Vintage Heavy does not ship outside the United States. Shipping rates, taxes and duties have risen sharply in recent times and it is no longer feasible to ship internationally.

Domestic orders ship from zip code 30309. Refunds of shipping cannot be made once a package has shipped via the selected shipment method.
